An automatic tray sealer is a production process in which product is loaded into a pre-formed tray, which is then transported by a chain conveyor and sealed with a top film - all within a continuous production cycle.
1. The product is placed manually or automatically into the ready-made trays. 2. The product trays are sealed. If required, a protective gas is added, either a vacuum or the SKIN option is used. 3. The sealed trays are ready for removal. The machine is made of stainless steel for reliable fastening of systems, mechanisms and safe transportation of equipment.
