Do you provide post-warranty service?

Yes, we provide full support: we deliver the equipment, install it, connect it, start it up, and train your staff. You get a turnkey solution that is ready to go

What is the production time of the equipment?

Our company carries out a full cycle of equipment production - from drawing up technical specifications, designing, and manufacturing finished products. The production time depends on the individual requirements of the Customer - from 1-3 months.

Can I customize the camera settings for my product?

The technological process is controlled by a control system (100 programs, 100 steps) that ensures automatic operation of the thermal chamber, the software allows any type of control of the process phases (browning, drying, dry and wet smoking, cooking, final cooking), as well as the creation of various user programs with different parameters (temperature, humidity, time, temperature in the product core, delta-t).

Do you deliver equipment abroad?

We provide international turnkey delivery of equipment abroad.

What are the warranty conditions?

During the warranty period, our company provides free repair or replacement of defective equipment components in accordance with the terms of the warranty service. The equipment warranty is set depending on the type of equipment and the terms of its purchase. In the case of warranty repairs, the warranty period is extended for the duration of the repair.

Do you provide post-warranty service?

Our specialists provide post-warranty maintenance of the equipment and ensure the supply of spare parts.
