The BAS system is driven by a servo motor with a position controller. The drive is synchronized via CAN BUS with the FREY filling syringe. This ensures that the belt system gives the sausages a uniform length. In this way, fluctuations in the gauge of the filling casing can be compensated for. The system is controlled centrally from the TC733 control panel of the filling syringe. All required parameters are set there and saved in the filling program. This makes it easy to adapt to changes in the varieties being produced. In combination with the DHGA shell holder, the BAS02/SA system offers the highest level of rationalization by using automatic opening and closing of the device. The integrated servo shredder sets completely new standards in terms of speed, yet the shredding process is confident. Thanks to the direct, short minced meat feed, heavy products such as raw smoked, hunting sausages can be produced without any problems. The BAS02/SA can be combined with the WK130 bubble system. The product quality can thus be significantly improved. All BAS systems are portable and ready to go in the shortest possible time. The housing is made of high quality stainless steel and meets the highest hygiene standards.
The AHL hanging line can be docked with the BAS02/SA system. At the receiving point, the sausages are picked up by the line hooks and transported onward. The distance can be varied thanks to the installation system.
