This agreement is an official and public offer of the Seller to enter into a contract for the sale of the Goods presented on the website http:\/\/sapunova.com.ua. This agreement is public, i.e., in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur) without giving preference to one buyer over another.<\/p>\n
1. Definition of terms:<\/p>\n
1.1. A public offer is an offer of the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons to conclude a contract of sale of goods with him on certain conditions.1.2. The Buyer is a natural or legal person who has agreed to the terms of this agreement by placing an order.1.3. Goods – the object of the parties’ agreement, which was selected by the Buyer from the Seller through the website on the Internet at the network addresses http:\/\/technowd.net (and all subdomains).<\/p>\n
Subject of the contract:<\/p>\n
2.1. The Seller transfers the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer pays for them and accepts them on the terms of this agreement.<\/p>\n

3.1. The Buyer places an order through the website or by phone indicated on the website.3.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to place an order if the Buyer provides inaccurate information.<\/p>\n
Cost and delivery of goods:<\/p>\n
4.1 The price of the goods is indicated by phone personally.4.2. Delivery is carried out by courier services, the cost can be found by phone<\/p>\n
Return of goods:<\/p>\n
